Your designs

You keep ownership of the photos, artwork and text you upload. By uploading, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you give us permission to print them for your order.

We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order that uses copyrighted characters, trademarks or logos you don't have rights to, or content that is hateful, violent, explicit or illegal.

Previews and colors

Mockups and AI-generated previews show how your design will look, but screens differ: printed colors, size and placement may vary slightly from what you see. Prints are made from your design file, not from a preview photo.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and are charged in full by card at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that changes your total, we'll contact you before going ahead.

Order acceptance

Your order is accepted once payment goes through. Pickup and delivery times are estimates — we do our best to meet them and will tell you if something changes.

Returns and refunds

Refunds, reprints and cancellations follow our Refund & Return Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
