How fast can I get my order?
Pickup orders are usually ready about 2 hours after you order, from 9 AM to 9 PM. Delivery orders arrive in about 3 days.
What files can I upload?
Photos and images in JPG, PNG or WEBP work great. The bigger and sharper the picture, the better the print. Transparent PNGs are perfect for logos.
Can I print my own photo?
Yes — personal photo prints are one of our favorites. Upload one photo or several for a collage, and remove the background with one tap if you like.
Can I print on the front and back?
Yes. Switch to the back view in the designer and add your design there too. Printing on both sides costs a little extra, shown before you pay.
What sizes do you have?
Tees and hoodies come in adult sizes XS to 3XL (2XL and 3XL cost slightly more). Hats, mugs and tumblers are one size.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout. Your card details are handled by our secure payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
Can I order for a team or event?
Yes. You can order up to 25 of an item online. For bigger orders, mixed sizes or special requests, contact us for a quote.
Can I print any design?
You can print your own art, photos and our ready-made designs. We can't print copyrighted characters, brand logos or images you don't have the rights to, or anything hateful or offensive.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right with a reprint or a refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
