Same-day pickup
Choose a pickup spot and time at checkout. The earliest time is about 2 hours after you order; pickup times run 9 AM to 9 PM. If your order will be late for any reason, we'll contact you.
- Bring your name or order number.
- Orders not picked up within 30 days may be donated or recycled, and can't be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery orders are printed and sent out to arrive in about 3 days. Please double-check your address — we're not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If anything about your delivery needs confirming, we'll reach out by phone or email.
Large and group orders
Bigger orders can take longer. We'll confirm a ready date with you before we start.
Lost or damaged deliveries
If your delivery doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
